2 Right of Withdrawal (EU/Finland)
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and Finnish Consumer Protection Act (Kuluttajansuojalaki), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods.
3 How to Return
To exercise your right of withdrawal:

- Return the product in its original packaging, unused and unopened
- Ship to: Muuntotie 1, 01510 Vantaa, Finland
4 Refunds
We will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned product. Refunds are made using the same payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods.
5 Return Costs
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
6 Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery (e.g., opened supplement bottles) for health and hygiene reasons.
